Swimsuit, bikini, lingerie, underwear, and panties are not refundable. You may return or exchange your purchased item within 30 days of purchase date; if you are not satisfied or changed your mind, provided that the item(s) is returned in its original condition to receive a full refund or exchange.
To return or exchange merchandise, please, follow instructions below:
1) All items must be return in new, unopened, original condition. Used items are not accepted. Please contact us to request an RMA. Place item in original shipping package, copy of the invoice and a reason for your return or exchange of the product. Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.
2) Please indicate the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the parcel. A full refund will be issued when we receive the item in its original condition. In the case of exchange, shipping for the new item will be determined when called in. Please allow 10 business days to process your request (return/exchange). Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package the item name, as this invites theft.
3) Shipment and Insurance: For secure return of your order, we recommend you opt for signature confirmation to enable you to track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at KYNIQ CORP. for quick and easy processing. Please send us the tracking number so we can help track your return packages. Once we receive your item, inspect the product, we'll grant you a full refund, minus shipping.

Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
If you received an item that is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.
If you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get your correct one shipped out.
Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 2 hours of making their purchases. We do not accept changes of orders outside the 2 hours window because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics for processing the next morning.
Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders are shipped.
